Our Beginning
We have proven expertise in marketing and business operations. The founder, Kimberly Gerber, has over 17 years experience leading marketing teams for the Fortune 500 companies including Starbucks Coffee and Fleetwood Enterprises. In 2000, Ms. Gerber assisted in the launch of a non-profit Internet Service Provider, served as the company's COO for two years and remains a board member. In addition, Ms. Gerber has successfully started two companies, reengineered two others and presently works with companies in a variety of industries to help them thrive in today's economy.
Our Fees
We work with companies in three following ways
- Project or Assignment: An assignment is bid out with a specific deliverable in mind and set project cost is established at the beginning of the project term.
- Retainer Relationship: Ongoing relationships are billed on a set monthly fee, or on a time and materials basis. Typically established when handling multiple projects for our clients.
- Seminar or Workshop Programs: Set fee for the project; typically determined by the number of participants, length of the program and logistical planning involved.
Our Process
Regardless of the relationship format, in every case, we initiate our client relationships in the same way:
Assess – Research – Recommend – Create – Plan – Implement – Evaluate – Result
Assess
We meet with an organization to learn the needs and wants. At that time we share our capabilities and recommended approach for handling the business opportunity outlined by the prospective client.
We complete a top-level assessment of the situation and provide a recommendation as to whether or not we are a good fit to solve the challenge or leverage the opportunity at hand. If we feel there’s a good fit, we provide a proposal detailing the scope of work and, upon client acceptance we move to research.
Research
Research phase – dependent on the type of project, we conduct primary and/or secondary research performed to ensure we have comprehensive understanding and an analysis of the situation.
Depending on the type of project this phase may involve strategy sessions with company principals, employee interviews, consumer focus groups, assessments, etc.
Recommend
We then make recommendations based on the outcome of the research.
Create
If a strategic or marketing project, we move into the creative phase where branding, go-to-market (GTM) strategies and other core creative pieces are developed.
Plan
At this stage, we plan the tactics to support the agreed upon strategy.
Implement
During the implementation we research and detail the plan and expenses for executing our tactical plans. Note: Actual implementation is typically the responsibility of the client company.
Evaluate
After the project is delivered we remain engaged to ensure that the results of the plan are successful. We are on hand to track and analyze results, making modifications as necessary to optimize program performance.
